The Bassin Bleu

TThe Bassin Bleu, or Basenblé in Haitian Creole, is a stunning natural site located near the city of Jacmel, in the mountains.

It consists of three turquoise pools (the Yes Pool, 4.6 meters deep, the Palmiste Pool, 17.4 meters deep, and the Clair Pool, 22.8 meters deep), into which sometimes spectacular waterfalls cascade. Surrounded by lush vegetation, caves, and fruit trees, these pools with their refreshing water are perfect places to enjoy a swim in an enchanting setting!
