Limbé: agricultural fair to boost productivity

The Ministry of Agriculture, Natural Resources, and Rural Development (MARNDR) launched, on April 7, 2026, in Camp Coq (Limbé), an agroforestry fair aimed at supporting the 2026 spring campaign. Organized within the framework of the PAPAIR program, with the support of the IDB and GAFSP, the initiative plans to distribute agricultural inputs to more than 1,000 beneficiaries across two sites, thanks to the participation of 49 suppliers. On the very first day, about 250 farmers received yams, bananas, and sugarcane for their plots.
