Donald Trump seemed on Sunday to once again delay by 24 hours his ultimatum to Iran, now set for “Tuesday 8:00 PM” Washington time (00:00 GMT Wednesday), in a brief message on his Truth Social platform.

On March 27, the American president — who specifically demands that Tehran reopen the Strait of Hormuz — had already postponed by 10 days an ultimatum that was to expire on Monday.
