The powerful speaker of the Iranian Parliament warned on Sunday U.S. President Donald Trump that the entire region would ‘burn’ because of his actions.
“Your reckless actions are leading the United States into a true HELL for every family, and our whole region will burn because you insist on following Netanyahu’s orders,” wrote Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf in a message published in English on X, referring to Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Washington’s ally in the war.
“The only real solution is to respect the rights of the Iranian people and to end this dangerous game,” added Mr. Ghalibaf.
