The MCFDF condemns sexual assaults at a festival in Cap-Haïtien

The Ministry for the Status of Women and Women’s Rights (MCFDF) has condemned the acts of sexual assault and harassment committed against young girls during a festival in Cap-Haïtien. A video shared on social media revealed these acts of violence, described as serious violations of the dignity and rights of women. The ministry announces measures in collaboration with the authorities to identify and prosecute the perpetrators, and calls on the victims to file a complaint.
