The city of Miami is preparing to host a major cultural event highlighting the richness of the Caribbean diaspora, particularly Haitian.

On April 11, 2026, the Little Haiti Cultural Center will be the venue for A Taste of Miami Karnival – Arts and Eats Experience, a free and family-friendly festival supported by local authorities and several community organizations.

This initiative aims to celebrate cultural diversity through an immersive experience combining gastronomy, visual arts, and performances.

At the heart of the event, a culinary showcase will bring together about ten international chefs from several countries, including Haiti, Canada, France, and the United States. Among the expected figures is Paul Toussaint, known for his commitment to promoting Haitian cuisine.
