Jérémie welcomes the 5th edition of the theater festival ‘Looking Elsewhere’

The city of Jérémie is buzzing to the rhythm of the 5th edition of the theater festival “Regards ailleurs”. Theater, poetry, workshops, meetings, and conferences are on the program of this cultural event that highlights artistic creativity and contemporary themes. The city of poets is, once again, the host city of this cultural gathering bringing together artists, playwrights, directors, and theater companies around a common goal: to promote dramatic art and encourage cultural exchanges. Through various performances and activities, the festival aims to offer the public an immersion into diverse artistic worlds. The official launch of this 5th edition was held on March 31 at the Alliance Française of Jérémie. The opening ceremony was marked by the theatrical performance by Anne Stherline Julot with her play Dènye rèl. The second evening hosted the show Haïti en mille morceaux by Tempokata.
