DINEPA and UPCNH discuss the upcoming launch of a study on water quality in Cap-Haïtien.

The Director General of the National Directorate for Drinking Water and Sanitation (DINEPA), Théophil Ostinvil, met on Friday, March 13, 2025, with the Rector of the Public University of Northern Haiti (UPCNH), Joram Vixamar.
