Rubio accuses Zelensky of ‘lying’ about American security guarantees in Ukraine

U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio accused Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky on Friday of ‘lying’ by claiming that the United States was conditioning the granting of security guarantees to Ukraine on territorial concessions by that country in favor of Russia.
