The BID holds its second suppliers’ forum

second edition of its Supplier Forum on March 25 and 26 at the Satama Hotel, Cap-Haitien. This activity, organized with the support of the project implementation units, was an opportunity for the organizers to get closer to suppliers in the northern region, and to allow them to learn about the opportunities, procedures, and tools available to them.

For the second edition of its Supplier Forum, the IDB chose Cap-Haitien. A choice explained by the regional institution’s desire “to approach the opportunities of local businesses, to create direct links and strengthen the participation of economic actors in the region,” said the IDB representative, Ms. Corinne Cathala, in her opening remarks. The north is currently one of the regions that receives an increasing number of IDB projects.
