Installation of three new directors at MARNDR

The Ministry of Agriculture, Natural Resources and Rural Development (MARNDR) has appointed three new departmental directors in the Grand North. They are Frantz Dorvil, Robert Joseph Sylvestre, and Frantz Gabriel, taking respectively the reins of the Agricultural Departments of the North, the Center, and Artibonite. The installation ceremonies, held on March 27 and 31, 2026, were conducted by engineer Marc Édouard Dieujuste, under the instruction of the Minister of Agriculture. According to the minister, these appointments aim to strengthen the support for producers, restore confidence in the sector, and improve access to financing opportunities.
